Krista Ranillo is Married

LOS ANGELES—Actress Krista Ranillo married Filipino-American businessman Nino Jefferson “Jeff” Lim in a private ceremony Sunday in Long Beach, California, attended by family and close friends.

It was the first marriage for Ranillo, who was rumored to have had a relationship with boxing icon-turned-congressman Manny Pacquiao. It was the second marriage for Lim.

Lim owns the Island Pacific supermarket chain in California. He was born and raised in the Philippines and immigrated to the United States in 1986.

Ranillo walked down the aisle with her father, actor Mat Ranillo. A guest told the Inquirer, “I've never seen a bride as happy as Krista. She was smiling all throughout the ceremony.”

A rabbi, Barry Tuchman, officiated the Jewish-interfaith wedding.

Ranillo flew to the US at the height of the controversy linking her to Pacquiao, who is married with four kids.

In a Los Angeles interview in April, she told the Inquirer that she missed acting, but not the scandals.

“I want to separate my private life from my show biz life but sad to say, I don’t think it’s possible anymore.”
